Mike Dillett founded Dillett Mechanical Service in 1996. With over 30 years experience in commercial and industrial HVAC Mike realized that most industrial and commercial businesses want to reduce their dependency on outside contractors. As a business owner, you want your own in-house people to handle as much of the repair and maintenance as possible. By partnering with us your people are brought into the loop as the service calls are responded to and shown what is being done to fix the problem and what to do to prevent it in the future. Then, the preventive maintenance programs are custom tailored to fit each situation. You are given all the options. Your people can be trained by our service technicians and then the programs can be adjusted appropriately as your people assume more of the service and maintenance responsibilities.
